Mira is an art psychotherapist with a private practice. Through the creative modality of visual art, she guides individuals who experience emotional and psychological distress or mental health issues to find existential meanings of their challenges, and to reinvigorate psychological vitality. Mira works closely with people who are experiencing grief and loss, family conflicts and transitions in life with the focus on art therapy as a tool for well-being and enrichment of life. |
