Mr. Lin is the chairman of CAE. He has also served as CEO and Director of CLPS Incorporation, a Nasdaq-listed IT service provider, since 2009.

Mr. Lin is a highly acclaimed entrepreneur, renowned in the industry for his outstanding achievements. With over 30 years of seasoned corporate leadership, including 15 years in the dynamic financial sector, Mr. Lin has played a pioneering role in developing financial technology training in China. Before he joined CLPS, He held the position of Business Consultant at VanceInfo from January 2008 to January 2009 and served as General Manager of A-IT Software before its acquisition by VanceInfo.

As the CEO and director of CLPS, Mr. Lin’s visionary leadership and strategic acumen paved the way for the company’s innovative development, culminating in its successful NASDAQ listing in 2018. He champions investments in research and development, ensuring CLPS’s products continuously adapt to market demands through upgrades like the proprietary LOS credit management system, and CAKU credit card platform. This focus on innovation has laid a strong foundation for the company’s future business growth, as acknowledged by his selection as one of World Biz Magazine’s “TOP 100 INNOVATION CEOs” in 2021.

Mr. Lin attaches great importance to talent cultivation. He has forged financial technology training by developing and launching the first dedicated programs for mainframe and VisionPLUS, a credit card processing solution. This not only solved the persistent challenge of “difficulty in entry into mainframes” but also tackled the talent shortage faced by many multinational corporations’ research and development centers in China. By training over 6,000 software engineers on mainframe platform, he built CLPS into one of the largest mainframe talent teams and VisionPLUS project teams in the country.

Mr. Lin boasts extensive knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm in the education sector, demonstrably contributing to various institutions. A key example is his leadership in establishing CLPS Academy, which partners with universities and government institutions worldwide, including the Australian National University, Educare Global Academy in Singapore, Sanda University, Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (“THEi”), and Hong Kong Multimedia Design Association, a non-profit organization, among others. Through these collaborations, the initiative fosters deep integration between education and enterprises, cultivating highly skilled professionals with practical abilities, innovative thinking, and strong teamwork skills. In 2015, he was appointed as the MSE senior advisor at Fudan University and assumed the leadership role for IT education at Dalian University of Technology. Recognizing his expertise, Sanda University invited him to join their faculty as a part-time professor in 2016. Most recently, Guangdong University of Finance appointed him as an employment guidance expert in 2023, further solidifying his commitment to education.

“Education, a noble cause shaping the future, carries an immense responsibility of nurturing talent and transmitting knowledge. As the Chairman of CAE, I envision the institution providing students with a thriving educational environment equipped with comprehensive resources. We will foster academic research and ignite knowledge innovation, while bridging the gap between academia and the real world. Through strong partnerships with enterprises, organizations, and communities, we will offer students with invaluable practical opportunities and launch them towards fulfilling careers.”

“To you, students: Cherish every day at CAE. Immerse yourselves in learning, embrace new experiences, and cultivate meaningful connections. Remember, time and opportunities are precious; seize them with dedication and perseverance. By actively shaping your present, you build a sturdy foundation for your future, ensuring each step you take is confident and assured.”
