College of Allied Educators is located at 11 Collyer Quay #18-01, The Arcade, Singapore 049317.

Classroom/ Counselling room rental:
Public: $80/hr (weekdays) / $100/hr (Saturdays)
Graduates: $20/hr (weekdays) / $30 (Saturdays)
Lecturers: $30/hr (weekdays) / $50/hr (Saturdays)

Complimentary Use of CAE Premises (Subject to Availability)
CAE makes selected premises available to currently enrolled students at no charge to support learning and student development. Complimentary usage is subject to availability and compliance with College policies.

Operating Days and Timings (by room type)
Rooms are available for booking on Mondays to Fridays (except Public Holidays) as follows:

• Counselling Rooms (Clarity and Serenity): 10.00am to 6.00pm
• Classrooms 1 to 9: 10.00am to 9.00pm

Access is limited to active students and for learning-related purposes only (e.g. self-study, academic work, approved student support sessions, practicum or internship-related activities, and other CAE-approved uses). CAE may restrict access where there are unresolved administrative, disciplinary, or financial matters.

Where a room booking is required, students must submit a request to studentservices@icae.edu.sg at least two (2) working days in advance, stating their name, date, time, and purpose. CAE classes and official College activities take priority, and CAE may approve, amend, reassign, or decline bookings to ensure fair access and operational needs.
