Artificial Intelligence (AI) is now the latest digital transformation threat to many current jobs, disrupting many businesses as well as the workplace, causing major concerns among working professionals.
AI especially GenAI (Generative AI – AI agent) has been touted as the automation tool that could replace the many manual, as well as semi-automated work processes performed by humans. There is a growing demand for professionals who are skilled in using AI tools to automate work tasks and processes to improve work efficiency as well as effectiveness.
The workshop will cover:
- Introduction to AI tools – ChatGPT, Micrsoft’s Copilot, Google’s Gemini, etc.
- How to use of prompts to get results to your queries in various formats – text, image, or video content.
- Activities include an introduction to the MySkillsFuture Assessment Tool to generate a RIASEC profile, then have the AI agent provide an analysis on personal and career developments as well as for other uses, e.g. job search, holiday vacation plan.

Mr. Peter Loh How Kwong
Peter Loh graduated from Indiana University (USA) with a Masters degree in Business Adminstration, and was elected to the Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities & Colleges for his outstanding merits and accomplishments as a student.
Peter has more than 20 years of working experience spanning across different industries – electronics, automotive, telecommunication, oil & gas. He has spent more than 10 years working as a market and business intelligence analyst in the automotive, telecommunication, oil & gas industries. Peter had championed cross functional projects during this illustrious career, in research and analysis.
With such extensive and in-depth knowledge of the market, business and competitive intelligence functional role, he was invited as a guest speaker for the first Strategic & Competitive Intelligence Professional (SCIP) conference held in Singapore, at Resort World Sentosa in October 2013. He presented on the topic of an integrated market, business and competitive function, highlighting the impact on effective business decisions.
Peter has contributed articles to Singapore Business Review online, sharing his experience and knowledge on the market and industries, such as the Mobile Computing – New Era. Peter in his analysis underscored author Ken Auletta’s forecasted outlook in the Highwaymen I & II which had indicated a titanic struggle for leadership in a new Infocomm world, a convergence of information and communication.
