Teck Leng joined College of Allied Educators (CAE) in Oct 2016 after more than 10 years of leadership experience in both local and overseas education institutions.
His journey in education management leadership includes overseas stints in Cambodia and Thailand, while also worked with an autonomous university and a renowned international school in Singapore.
His key focus is to drive CAE towards reaching its Vision and Mission with alignment to its Values strategically. As a firm believer in lifelong learning, he completed his Master in Business Administration (MBA) in 2012, Specialist Diploma in Education Quality Management in 2019 and Career Advisory Programme in 2020 where he is holds the credential of Certified Career Advisor (CCA) with Workforce Singapore.
Teck Leng has completed the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) with the intention to continue to WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) in 2023. In his free time, Teck Leng enjoys running, football and wine & dine with friends and family members.
