Psychotherapist, Lecturer, Trainer and Author
Johnny Ong is a highly qualified psychotherapist in private practice, holding a Master of Social Science (Professional Counselling), advanced training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment. Complementing his clinical expertise, he also possesses a Master of Business Administration, providing him with a unique perspective that bridges mental health and organizational well-being.
As an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) affiliate, Johnny partners with companies across Singapore and the broader region, delivering impactful training sessions covering mental health and a variety of related topics. His commitment to professional development extends into academia, where he serves as an adjunct lecturer in counsellor education, and as a workshop facilitator for the Ministry of Social and Family Development. Additionally, he contributes to national initiatives as a Skills Future course instructor, supporting the country’s lifelong learning framework.
